Current Success:
8th Day of Not Drinking POP and especially Diet-Pepsi
Alarm going off at 5am. I am getting up and at least moving to the living room and enjoying the quiet under my throw.
Next Steps:
1. Continue No Pop
2. Continue Waking and Getting Up at 5
ADD 3. Drink 2 Water Bottles a day.
5 am? 5 am? I'll be back later to comment but not at 5 am. Or 6 am. Good thing we are not farmers. :D
ReplyDeleteThe water thing I can and do. I add orange essential oils to ice water and I'm good. Of course I also require at least 2 cups of coffee. :)

ReplyDeleteOrange essential oils? Where do you find that at? It sounds wonderful. I have learned that I have many sensory issues and need a flavor or a fuzz of some kind....
