- 2 Bottles of Water a Day (2 liters)
- Oatmeal/whole grain for breakfast.
- 8 hours of sleep!
- Awake and UP at 5a.

You are my mentor!!! So many things I established in the lives of my kids...you modeled! I sure miss you, pray for you and think of you often! So glad God tied us together!
